The incentive is being paid via Giftpay eVoucher or EFT.

A Giftpay eVoucher is an online gift card. This will be sent directly to your email address. You can use this for a variety of stores (see the link to the website with some suggestions) https://www.giftpay.com.au/business/egifts.aspx

To assess whether you qualify for a project, we require certain details that our clients specify. We understand your hesitation, but please be assured that all information you provide is:

• collected lawfully and directly from you, or from trusted sources only when necessary; Focus People
• used solely to determine eligibility for research projects, to contact you about opportunities, or to match you with suitable studies; Focus People
• handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws (including the Privacy Act 1988) and the Market & Social Research Code of Professional Behaviour; Focus People
• kept confidential, and your identifiable information is never used for advertising or marketing purposes; Focus People

Your personal and demographic responses help us ensure fairness and relevance in our studies. You can update any of your details at any time through your account. If you no longer wish to participate, you are free to opt out.

Most of the time we pay respondents via Giftpay and we only need an email address to send this voucher to you.  On some occasions we pay money into your bank account.  If you are asked for your bank details, you may send your bank details to info@focuspeople.com.au or if you don’t feel comfortable giving these details over email please call our office on (03) 9599 4200.  

The number that we send text messages from is 0474 480 691.  If it’s come from this number then it’s approved by us.  If it’s come from any other number then please call our office immediately on (03) 9599 4200 and we will look into it for you.

Details can be changed by visiting our website and clicking ‘update details’ Or by calling or emailing our office.

At any time you may opt out from any marketing emails/texts from Focus People. 

Please email info@focuspeople.com.au to let us know you would like to opt out and we will remove you from any marketing materials. You may still wish to be on our database but not receive emails or text messages from us perhaps.  Please let us know what you would prefer.

If you would like to delete your entire profile please email us at info@focuspeople.com.au and let us know you would like your profile removed. 

If you need to cancel please contact us via email or by calling our office to let us know you can no longer attend.  We will cancel you out of the project.  We would appreciate as much notice as possible as we are required to have full attendance in each group – we will need time to replace you in the group.

You may only take part in market research once every 6 months to be eligible.

Unfortunately, the criteria that we are looking for in respondents is often very specific. We would suggest making sure that the details we have on file for you are as accurate as possible – this will help us send you surveys that you are best suited for. As a consumer, your opinion about a company’s products and services is very valuable to these companies. You get to contribute to the improvement and development of new and existing products and services, and you get paid great cash incentives for your time, effort and opinions.

Research sessions occur at a number of locations around Australia. We are constantly looking for people living in any part of Australia.

After you register with us we will contact you when an appropriate project arises and ask you some qualifying questions. If you meet the needs of the project we ask for your availability to attend a session. It’s that easy!

Unfortunately we don’t usually allow people from the same household to participate in groups together unless specifically mentioned however there may be another session that your family member may fit for.
